Graduation and Teacher Gift Printables - End of the School Year Goodies!

Image
Here it is, Maycember! Once the month of May starts it quickly snowballs into a continuous stream of concerts, recitals, final games, awards ceremonies, graduations and parties! It's almost too much, and yet, how could it be too much? This is it! This is what it's all for! All the hard work of going to school and taking the tests and practicing the piece and dreaming of the celebration, this is the culmination of all that effort!  Over of the years, as I've prepared teachers' gifts and graduation cards to use, I've saved the printable files to use again in the future or make available for others as well.  Here are some of my favorites: I like these green flowers and the Pink & White cookies at Trader Joe's. I thought they made a nice little bundle for either Teacher Appreciation week or a thank you at the end of the year (if you can keep the cookies around long enough!) Two color options available in case you are low on ink!  LINK TO LISTING Cowboy Caviar f...

it must have been love

Well, Friday the 13th was fun, but our February the 14th was miserable. Not only was it the worst Valentine's Day in our recorded history, hubby claims it was possibly the worst weekend of his life. I came down with a horrible flu bug at about midnight on Friday night that kept us up till 3:00 in the morning and then laid me out flat the rest of the weekend. Poor Mike had to help me in and out of bed and worse. . . (skip ahead past gruesome details). . . at one point he had to hold my drinking glass for me because I was having severe muscle spasms in my back and shoulders. And as if a sick wifey wasn't bad enough, that threw Lucy off and she seemed upset all weekend and bored of being cooped up and had the worst diaper rash I've ever seen AND a continuously runny nose. So you can imagine, Mike could've been featured on the Discovery Channel's Dirty Jobs for all he had to clean up and put up with over the weekend. That's love.

This pic is a little tribute:

Oh I hope you're feeling better Jul. So it wasn't the ideal V-day, but I think it is surely proof of what true love is. :) Good job Mike!
Yeah, all my childless siblings were out doing couple-y things all day while I was cleaning and cooking. We don't usually do stuff on V-day, but with kids now who don't "get" the fake holiday, there really is no point to do anything that day.

(that was very bah-humbug!)
I'm so sorry you got sick! I had no idea when I called you on Sat. Being sick is miserable--thank goodness for patient husbands! I love the pic of your closet.
